Our Little Syurga 2.0

On 22 & 23 February, Ms Nat Learning Exploration had the joy of participating in Our Little Syurga 2.0, a special event celebrating the beauty of play, connection, and community. It was an incredible experience, and for the first time, we offered a child-minding service so parents could shop in peace. It was also our first time conducting a bilingual English-Malay workshop, making the event even more meaningful and inclusive.

A Space for Little Explorers

Designed for young children and their caregivers, Our Little Syurga 2.0 was an immersive playdate filled with sensory activities, interactive storytelling, and hands-on crafts. It was heartwarming to see children swarming to our area, whether they were engaged in the on-site activities or simply playing around joyfully. We believe in nurturing children’s natural curiosity through play, and this event was a true reflection of our mission to ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and nurture growth.

Raising Awareness for Neurodivergent Children

One of the core aims of Our Little Syurga 2.0 was to raise awareness about autism and other neurodivergent conditions. The event prioritized vendors who were parents of neurodivergent children and home-based businesses, creating a supportive platform for their work. It was inspiring to see the community come together to support this cause, with workshops and seminars happening every hour alongside ours. The event even helped raise funds for MIJHub, further reinforcing the importance of inclusivity and support for all children.

Highlights of the Event

✨ Sensory Play Stations – Little ones delighted in a variety of sensory experiences, with our fan marble painting.
✨ Storytelling with The Playful Collective – A magical moment where children immersed themselves in engaging tales, bringing stories to life with movement, music, and imagination.
✨ Creative Arts & Crafts – Families worked together on fun craft projects, creating keepsakes that captured the joy of the day.
✨ Workshops & Vendors – A diverse range of vendors and workshops added depth to the experience, offering valuable insights and resources for caregivers. From sensory-friendly toys to educational tools, each vendor contributed to making the event more impactful.
✨ Sneak Peek of Our Hari Raya Song – Children and families were treated to a special preview of our upcoming Hari Raya song, adding to the festive excitement.
✨ Bonding Moments – Whether it was through group activities or quiet reading nooks, caregivers had the opportunity to connect with their little ones meaningfully.

A Community of Learning and Love

More than just a playdate, Our Little Syurga 2.0 was a space where parents, grandparents, and caregivers could bond with their children in a nurturing environment. The incredible vendors and workshops played a huge role in enriching the experience, providing tools, knowledge, and inspiration that continue to impact us. Witnessing the community come together with a shared purpose was incredibly motivating and reaffirmed the importance of inclusive learning spaces.

We are proud to have been part of this event, which not only championed neurodivergent awareness but also fostered a sense of belonging and support among families.
